Function: I am consultant / junior auditor within the IT Department advisory. I am speaking on CWC mandates for the information systems audit part but I am speaking also on missions of advice (changes of software tools, implementation of business continuity plan, security auditing, etc.).

Assessment: I'm at KPMG for only 8 months. The assessment that I do is that I have already learned many practices/methods which allows me to be relatively autonomous on my missions. It is a good company to begin his career and learn the basics of the business of the Board/audit.

Skills obtained: With my short experience, I can already say that I'm mounted in skills quickly through different missions. I learned proven methodologies which I can reused me in my professional future. From a behavioural point of view, KPMG has allowed me to improve my ability to adapt to many situations and multiple clienteles. In addition, share his requirement, KPMG allows me to always ensure the relevance and excellence in my deliverables. From a technical point of view, I'm mounted in jurisdiction over tools such as SAP, Movex, etc.

Strengths: The first strong point is its reputation, which is a good business card on are CV for the rest of his career. Then KPMG uses proven methodologies which allow skills quickly. It offers many formations.

Which I appreciated: I especially appreciate the working atmosphere, my managers and colleagues are very pleasant and 'human'. They are very understanding and are doing everything they can to ensure that our professional life does not impinge on our privacy. My performance manager (manager that deals with our career) is very tuned. Note, that I work in an office in the province (Lyon) and that this working atmosphere is not necessarily found in paris.
