Balance sheet : I arrived in the company to the position of analyst programmer out of Professional license and I have worked on several projects for the same client during a may more than two years. I've used technical referent on applications that I gerais and went engineer (framework) information in one technology can more than a year. This jurisdiction was very formative for me. I most often realized operations maintenance and evolution, but also I was led to create new applications, of course this included tests and deliveries to the client, and sometimes the encryption. There was also a more human aspect to my work, I optimism the new team members in our technology, and did them discover applications. I was involved in the drafting of documentation as well as some functional meetings.
Skills obtained: My technical knowledge have changed, but I think that the most striking evolution c is made on my ability to analyze a problem, and resolve it quickly. Stuff come me to mind, like listening (the client, and colleagues), the ability to adapt (technologies, to the environment, to the projects,...).
Advantages: I had the chance to work in a super team, used to be informal points after work, and even outputs. In addition, there is a real corporate culture, events are organized from time to time, weekends, kick off, light small... The EC is also quite active, I was able to go to Prague to a weekend for example. The management is pretty close collaborators.
Disadvantage: The project on which I was increased from 10 people-4 after a drop in activity. The mood took a shot, which is normal. Otherwise, I do not see.
Advice to the company: I wanted to see my agency develop advantage but it is a very personal opinion.
