Assessment: I joined Grant Thornton as a jurist in 2010 date at which the firm won 2 invitations to tender, one focusing on the study of the Morocco export consortia, one on the reform of the law on foreign trade. These two missions have allowed me to reconnect with the country's legal culture, its institutions and its regulations.

Skills obtained:M on integration has coincided with the development of CSR in the Morocco and soon I was promoted head of service. CSR line

Advantages: Evolving in a multidisciplinary firm, the lawyer often confined in his subjects of law, addresses a different angle (finance, management...) some issues of law.

Disadvantage: The rigidity of the hours of work and the procedure of leave.

Advice to the company: Develop training skills and empowerment of employees by objective
