Disadvantage: Poorly managed recruitment policy, someone else had been recruited during the period of notice from my previous post, we were walking on the same workstation

Advice to the company: Anticipate recruitment and better valuing employees (some employees are recruited in the first years to 24 k€ / year which does not at all justify their skills and their involvement).
