Assessment: I stayed 4.5 years, head of mission (1 year) to manager (1.5 years) through supervisor (2 years). By itself, little difference between supervisor and manager. Autonomy is left to the employees in these grades. However, workloads are unfair between collaborators, staff assessments more cronyism than intrinsic work-based. The Direction is quite unstable in his behavior, use of the regime of terror and regularly loses credibility.

Advantages: Creation of a hard core with a strong atmosphere among employees

Disadvantage: Management of the catastrophic Management Committee, absence of recoil and self-control
