Assessment: At Mazars intern participates in missions in the same way as an associate of the firm. The work is highly valued and the trainee is a member of the team. One is led to audit cycles: sales customers, supplier or cash. The auditor at Mazars intern participates in diverse missions:
• legal audit (Office of the Commissioner of accounts);
• contractual audit;
• audit and evaluation of acquisition.
The intern is supervised by officials and he played in several sectors of activity (Bank, insurance, industry, Services, Public sector), on major international groups as on SMEs.
Skills obtained: Autonomy, organization, self-learning. Of course I became more independent, I have learned to organize myself to take responsibility and manage priorities and to take much initiative. There's also a side self-learning trying to capitalize on the gains from one mission to another.
Advantages: -technical learning (diversity of missions)
-relational (wealth of meetings)
-young and dynamic teams
Listed clear technical learning we intervene on several issues, several missions, then the relational side it adapts to different clients and different teams. Teams are young this which helped us to integrate more easily and that gives one side dynamics.
Disadvantage: -working encrypted
-not awful working atmosphere
-tough competition
-repetitive work at the level of processing
