Sfeir

Assessment: The balance of my 8 years at SFEIR is very positive on a human level than on a purely professional plan. I had the opportunity to work with highly skilled collaborators with whom I have much learned and evolved very rapidly within my company. I have integrated the SFEIR group as application support technician and in 8 years I became responsible for project.

Skills obtained: I learned to listen and understand precisely the needs of my clients, I learned to transcribe these applications in a technical form to switch the relay to developers. I organized and anime steering committees and the application functional recipe for BETA versions before any production. I'm guarantor of the proper conduct of deployments, I take in charge the formations of users and editors of records. In short, I am speaking at each milestone of the project.

Advantages: The atmosphere is rather good, "team-leader" are highly experienced executives, they remain very close and very attentive to requests from employees. Generally, I can say that the framing is good even very good at SFEIR.

Disadvantage: The company tends to "hang up" in aging technologies and large reservations in the adoption of new technologies.

A Business Council: I would advise the company to invest more in the research and study of new technologies.
