GFI, I was consultant head of projects MOA insurance (casualty &life)

Currently I'm project leader in organization

Assessment: My career: missions sometimes as adapted by report to my profile, and sometimes imposed despite some misgivings.

Skills obtained: Make the training at GFI while one customer is of great difficulty. The skills I gained in project management will learn over missions.

GFI'd much rather see you be billed to the customer and see you evolve cheaply during a mission in the latter.

Changes in position are difficult because it easier to let a contributor do what he can do to make it evolve.

Strengths: Portfolio of clients and therefore various missions and areas.

Which I appreciated: GFI is not really of corporate culture, it remains a big consulting firm where the employee in mission doesn't have much relationship with his managers (1 or 2 times per year). The working atmosphere is rather that of the client. This is the criticism that can be made to all software.
