Assessment: I joined the firm after obtaining my master CCA as a junior auditor.
The year was very rich technically and humanly. Indeed, at KPMG, working as a team on issues, and the teams change constantly, which allows to diversify the tasks and knowledge.

Skills obtained: Prior to joining KPMG, I had already completed several internships in accounting firm, which had allowed me to familiarize myself with audit techniques, and be rigorous.

With KPMG, I highlighted my computer and particularly Excel skills: know quickly extract the data that you want from a client file is important to then conduct its work.
I was also able to develop commercial and relational skills: for example, it does not the same way with the leader of a multinational like dealing with the Director of a neighborhood association.

Strengths and weaknesses:-strengths: its presence and its size. One is never alone facing a problem, we can always turn to a knowing of the problem to which it is confronted.

-weak points: I would say the distance with superiors, very little return on our work.

What you have more or less appreciated: I enjoyed powers working on very different folders (association, SMEs, large account...), to put into practice my knowledge acquired during my studies in consolidation, and especially loved evenings with my colleagues. This strengthens the team spirit, and allows to bind friendship.

I less enjoyed the non individualization of wages. Our pay follows a grid: the efforts and the quality of the work recognized by our managers is however not taken into account when the annual increase...

Advice for the company: I would advise the company to individualize training (to this day, it is a common course which does not take into account the curriculum followed) and wages in order to keep motivating its employees.
