Assessment: I was the controller of management during my years of collaboration with Cognitis.
My balance is quite positive since it allowed me to strengthen my skills in a particular environment which is the technological engineering and work through various offers from the project management (EOM) to the maîtrise d'ouvrage (MOA). In addition to the traditional prerogatives of management control, I had for mission weekly monitoring commercial productivity with transmitted at the end of the week, and dashboards, to ensure profitability and trade efficiency analysis of different BU (markets). This implementation of follow-up allowed to anticipate the needs of customers (mainly banks and mutual institutions).

Skills obtained: In a quite conventional framework of controlling, control of management at Cognitis should provide solutions for monitoring of relevant KPIS realized by dashboards weekly and monthly such as the occupancy rate (TACE daily, weekly and monthly), the follow-up of the Intercontrats. Also the management tools current to measure the financial performance of the company P &L, Forecast, I was able to work in close collaboration with the directors of BU (markets) in order to implement the tools of forecast. (forecast CA, MB and result).

Strengths and weaknesses: Strengths: very good monitoring of the performance of salespeople and managers of markets (the week with commitments of signatures on business) willingness of Management to drive and manage sales teams and recruitment in order to optimize to the maximum the results compared with the objectives.

What you have more or less appreciated: Very good atmosphere of work especially with the Director of markets. / with the acquisition of Cognitis by GFI (end 2012) the working methodologies have changed much. For my part, I left Cognitis Council within the framework of a conventional break.
