I enjoyed throughout my career, freedom of decision and action which is mine. The pressure is not present and listening to employees is strong when you seek. The framework and the atmosphere of working knows cycles but it is never found alone or without an ear to listen to you.

The supervisors confidence leads us to work without pressure and to work in a good atmosphere = better quality work. Team spirit is also a popular stitch but this spirit was not necessarily present in all services of the company.
