Assessment: Very nice professional and relational enrichment.

-Master extractions SAP to Excel
-Be actor of the construction of the annual budget
-Follow the budget with the operational cost
-Being able to make myself available for emergencies
-Be agent of change following the merger (Comhurex - Areva NC)
-Animate and attend meetings in the context of the accompaniment to change

Advantages: A very pleasant atmosphere on the site of the Conversion.
The daily pressure due to labour and to the achievement of the objectives was present but not affect the overall feel and a free global solidarity.

Disadvantage: They are not large enough to be deferred.

Advice to the company: It is difficult to give advice to an already well established organization but can be improve communication between media and production services. Conflicts are created while it is often due to lack of understanding.
