Assessment: After the functions Integrator SAP and Production Manager, I now manage a Task Force of 3 persons on the SAP of a major distributor of energy information system.
The results of these 3 years at Accenture is that it (the company) know recognize the skills of a person, give them added value, and thus enable the evolution of this person in his breast.

Skills obtained: I was able to initially develop my computer developer skills, and then, when my level of development had reached a good level, I could specialize in functional analysis on SAP.
Today the company helps me to develop my skill of team leader.

The positives: The atmosphere is very good in this 'young' company, in fact, the average age of employees of Accenture is 32 years old.
Corporate culture is carefully passed by the Management who knows how to listen to employees and implement solutions to put them in the best possible working conditions.
Vents (small-lunches, pleinieres, evenings) are organized in order to allow the employees do is cottoyant not (different projects), to meet, know other projects and Exchange informally.

The negatives: Wages are lower than in some competing company.

A Business Council: Review wages grids in order not to lose the most important resources.
