Review: I was collaborator beginner then confirmed. This is a very good school! I stayed 4 years, the pace and the pressure are difficult, but I keep a good memory of this experience! And this is a good card on my CV.

Skills developed: It allowed me to update me fiscally, organize, adapt to several activities, change of files very easily, to be autonomous, methodical. I had the chance to change folders every year to get to a portfolio for review.

More: The atmosphere among colleagues was very good! A strong team spirit.
We had seminars each year, individual interviews each year. It was very important for motivation. The collaborators were well supervised, managers fully assumed their duties. We had goals to be achieved, areas for improvement, it allowed that everyone can move forward and learn even more.

Less: The pace and pressure. But it is the negative side of many firms... You know when you get home! Personally, I knew that I'll only a few years, in order to be well trained, as 'school'.

Advice to the company: Profitability, this is important. But the well-being of its employees also!
