More: Very well structured organization that made it very efficient. The standards are clear, very well developed.

Less: J´AI appreciated the very square culture that allows a certain efficiency. C´EST a very good school of rigour. The real problem of Valeo c´etait the lack of consideration for the conditions of work of employees in term d´horaires particularly and leaving more room for the life outside.
