Sungard

Function: I occupy the position of technical systems expert and testing environments.

I have responsibility for the complete management of platforms of different architectures to meet the expectations of the validation teams, while also managing transverse TCO projects. On the other hand I provides technical support and I put in my expertise-related training.

Assessment: During over three years at SunGard, and after part of the 'Tools' team, I joined the team "TCC Core Integration" since its creation, to evolve subsequently in expert systems and testing environments.

Skills obtained: Within SunGard, I have say me more in my technical skills thanks to the diversity of the environments on which I have spoken.

By understanding the risks, practices and safe habits are now a conviction.

On the other hand, I find that I have well advanced in professional communication, especially since several Managers, do not deprive give me advice.

Strengths: SunGard has a very good reputation, as it continues to strengthen.

SunGard adapts a real Focus Client.

SunGard is the technology watch.

SunGuard is close listening to colleagues.

Which I appreciated: The spirit of innovation at SunGard is highly appreciated and encouraged by the hierarchy.

A real multicultural environment. I collaborate with people from all over the world (USA, Europe, China, India, Africa, etc...)

The interest of managers to the collaborators and their concerns, often has effect and strengthens the involvement of his last.

Collaborative work and knowledge sharing is also a point which I appreciate, especially since all the staff are a pleasure to apply.
