Strengths &weaknesses: Very well structured organization that made it very efficient. The standards are clear, very well developed. In my opinion, l´entreprise capitalizes enough on its employees (d´ou the strong turnover), c´etait the case for l´epoque, it seems that this has changed.

What you have more or less appreciated: J´AI appreciated the very square culture that allows a certain efficiency. C´EST a very good school of rigour. The real problem of Valeo c´etait his ´type´ of management by the ´colere´ (of the colerques managers) with little regard for the conditions of work of employees in term d´horaires particularly and leaving more room for the life outside.
