Product Development
Our Product Development group enables biopharmaceutical R&D and medical device companies, government and non-government organizations, and generic and biosimilar customers outsource clinical development, from first-in-human studies to post-launch monitoring. Our comprehensive services provide the expertise and capabilities as well as the systems and analytical expertise necessary at each stage of development. Clinical solutions and services include project management and clinical monitoring functions for conducting multi-site trials (generally Phase II-IV), collectively known as “core clinical.” Our global laboratories, data management, biostatistics, safety and pharmacovigilance, early clinical development (generally Phase I), and strategic planning and design services enable us to provide end-to-end solutions to our customers. Consulting provides strategy and management consulting services based on life science expertise and advanced analytics, as well as regulatory and compliance consulting services.
Integrated Healthcare Services
Our Integrated Healthcare Services (IHS) address the outsourced commercial needs of biopharmaceutical customers as well as the needs of the broader healthcare sector for value-based analyses, research studies and evidence-based medicine. Service offerings include commercial services such as sales representatives, strategy, market access, marketing communications and other areas related to commercialization. Outcomes research including drug therapy analysis, real-world research and evidence-based medicine, including research studies to prove a drug’s value are also part of our IHS offering along with comparative and cost-effectiveness research, clinical management analytics, decision support services, medication adherence and health outcome optimization services, and web-based systems for measuring quality improvement.
