Mazars

Assessment: I have integrated the CSR Department of Mazars ago 8 months as an auditor and consultant. My first season of audit was intense: there is a lot of work, requirements on the part of clients and short deadlines, but I learned a lot through this management, to listen, and that has a real role of accompaniment. The diversity of sectors of intervention can also gain versatility.

Skills obtained: The responsibilities given to us allow us to climb rapidly in competence. Over these past 8 months, I could develop my rigor, my professionalism, my knowledge of the processes of audit as well as my technical skills.

Advantages: The positives of my experience are the atmosphere, the management and the culture of the company: that either within Mazars or specifically the team CSR culture (young and dynamic), management (present and Porter) and the atmosphere are very good and feel good about the company.

Disadvantage: The audit is very addictive and life - work balance is well challenge!

Advice to the company: Continue to strengthen teams to spread the workload.
