AMONTECH

Assessment: I was responsible for recruitment in alternation. Very mixed picture because a lot of work for very little result.

Compentences developed: Rather a deepening of my knowledge. During the year, I switched business engineer alternating as the head of AMONTECH had dismissed the person occupying this position. Therefore ourselves to two apprentices with the head.

Highlights: The manager knew very well his trade / very trainer.

Weak points: The whimsical nature of the head, the workload, the culture of the company.

The more and the less appreciated: Appreciated: the mood with the "Permit it", trainer experience group. Pas appreciated: remarks, work overload, the behavior of the person in charge.
