Assessment: Having started in September, it is difficult to make a comprehensive and objective return. However I already had experience in management control, and that current really exceeds my expectations, both from a purely professional perspective that staff.

Skills obtained: Skills are extensive both management of the Hennessy company control is complete. I work for the operational part, and in this "hub" of management control, I realize monitoring of competitors and the Cognac market, am the activity of the company according to different axes (quality, quantity, country, different effects of the mix...), performs weekly rise and the analysis of the figures and other ad hoc tasks. Each of these imperatives involves me enormously, because every day they allow to share with all the members of the Department of finance, working on various media (press, accounting documents, reports and analysis of experts...) and above all: to have a real added value, which will be recognized by the members of the service.

Strengths: Society (and more generally the LVMH group) has great human values: A high-performance, a warm framework, tools of work, of persons involved and pleasing. Several "team building" events are carried out, and it feels like really make this spirit house, accentuated by the positioning of leader Hennessy, and the quality of his knowledge.

Which I appreciated: Today, and as part of my learning, the most important seems to be the added value of my work. I learn lot, accentuated by the aspect international and multi positioning of Hennessy. The works are very interesting (thus involving), to discover in an ideal setting the profession of management controller.
