Assessment: These 3 years is to have been able to make the tour of several companies and to meet many professionals with different tasks. The audit also allowed me to touch several sectors within the industry (automotive, energy, armaments, medical...) Finally, one of the great over is meet with lot of people and develop a high quality network of people that in a few years will be at the head of the financial management of international firms.

Skills developed : the central jurisdiction that allows to develop audit and EY is teamwork if team spirit. Each mission is performed within a team ranging from 3 to 10 people and allows to develop this sense of teamwork.
Technical skills are also acquired over the years and encouraged by EY via many formations.
Additional skills, I would say the development of the "relationship" id is talking to any type of interlocutor with ease and create a conversation with him. Finally, the spirit of investigation, to investigate any situation and try to understand it, analyze it, and then resolve it.

Strong points and weak points: The highlights are the selection. EY operates a more drastic than those competitors selection which allows to rub elbows with people from big business and engineering schools. There is not really weak points in EY, perhaps hiring salary and wage increases that could be higher.

What you have more or less appreciated: What I enjoyed the most is this possibility to change mission every 2 weeks and meet constantly new people. The disadvantage of the craft is the time spent by public transport every day that exceeds often 2 hours.

Advice for the company: Continue to recruit first of all of the employees of the top 5 schools of commerce and engineering by offering attractive salary conditions.
