Balance sheet: 10 years of seniority which senior 2, 3 in manager and 5 in senior manager
Skills obtained: Business valuation and real estate expertise, animation of internal training (technical, soft skills) and external (technical) management-training-recruitment of a team of 6 people
Strengths and weaknesses: Forts: possibility of progression, but high wages/premiums in connection with the personal investment and business development, dynamic atmosphere, professional opportunities after EY capabilities; low: little life private/professional balance, management partners sometimes a bit too "polished" and political
What you have more or less appreciated: (+): Atmosphere, corporate culture, spirit of belonging, human bonds during and after the EY, pay/investment relationship relatively objective, training soft skills taught at the senior level in formations EMEIA in English; (–) strong pressure on time without always having staff in relation to the results expected, great difficulties to become a partner if it is not based in Paris (excluding auditing)
Advice for the company: Better to animate the alumni network, promote the placement of consultants on departure to strategic positions in customers/prospects, promote the association of consultants that create value by bringing business but also for training/retention of the best elements in the firm
