Mazars

Assessment: I am currently Assistant confirmed and very soon senior. The overall picture is generally positive: I found everything I was looking for a first employment. I will even say that everything comes together for a good integration in life professional graduate freshly!

Skills obtained: First of all, I could learn a trade and therefore to develop the technical skills of a financial auditor. I could then improve throughout this experience my relational (contact with the permanent client) and my ability to synthesis.

Advantages: The big thing about my experience and therefore Mazars is the atmosphere: a young and dynamic atmosphere. Culture fits me well also: a culture based on entrepreneurship and the challenge on a daily basis.
On the side of management, it is on the pyramid classic, the tasks down the scale and the problems back...

Least: there is very little consideration, each collaborator is a pawn and yet more easily replaceable than elsewhere.
Moreover, if we can accept large schedules, it is more difficult to accept a lack of flexibility in the week or day.
