Assessment: A year announced redeployment within the properties of the group, which allowed me to participate and to work with many different people.

Skills obtained: Experience who also taught me to develop excellent relational qualities in order to reassure my staff and to establish a climate of trust within the group. Often being the interlocutor of the various officials and collaborators, and often need information from different sources, allowed to stimulate more cross-curricular abilities allowing me to be more rigorous and effective in the realization of my missions.
