Assessment: It was a rich experience, I was able to exchange with people of a different generation from mine. I gave time to others and allowed seniors to have company.

Skills obtained: I, who was already sociable, I could develop attention towards people that surrounds me and for listening.

Advantages: When my civic service in the retirement home, I had a guardian appointed which me given how to do animations, leaving me a perfect autonomy, I enjoyed that me be confidence. The atmosphere was warm as well with the employees with the elderly.

Disadvantage: The animations were repetitive for me but surely challenging for them because they stimulated all their senses.

Advice to the company: No, I think they are doing the maximum to make residents feel comfortable.
