Strengths and weaknesses : strength: positioning on a segment of crafts with high potential in the Morocco which ensures a consistent supply of point low order backlog: State establishments representing a high percentage in the client portfolio and thus impacting negatively the BFR because the reception of works and the recovery process is complicated
